Hours of Operation:
6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday
6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Friday
8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Saturday
8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Sunday

Sports Center facilities include:

75-foot indoor heated lap pool
Large hot tub
Two dry heat saunas
Cardiovascular equipment: StairMasters, spin bikes, elliptical trainers and treadmills
Strength training machines for upper and lower body
Free weights and benches
Dance/aerobics/yoga studio
Tanning

Sports Center services include:

Personal training, by appointment only
Midweek classes in aerobics, step, yoga and tai-chi
